Celebrating 70 years
of legal expertise

Your mortgage is almost certainly your largest financial commitment

Against a background of rising interest rates, it makes sense to review your mortgage to ensure it is still the right option for you and you are with the right lender.

Should you be considering remortgaging your home or buy-to-let property, our experienced conveyancing team can guide you expertly and reassuringly through the process.

Our remortgage solicitors have helped thousands of people remortgage their properties, and we aim to make the conveyancing process as simple and stress-free as possible.

Taking away the stress

Remortgaging is when you change the mortgage on your property by moving to a new lender.

Our solicitors can help whether you’re remortgaging to get a better deal, borrow more money, or because your circumstances have changed, perhaps because of divorce or relationship breakdown, for example.

We have extensive experience working with banks, building societies and other specialist mortgage lenders.

We will work to your timescales and communicate with you in a clear and timely fashion, without the unhelpful legal jargon.

KWW Solicitors has lots of experience in acting for clients who require a bridging loan.

Perhaps there is a shortfall in a property purchase, or a gap between a property purchase and a sale of an existing property, or perhaps money is needed for remedial work to a property either before a sale or ahead of a complete refinancing.

Bridging loans tend to come with higher rates of interest when compared with a standard High Street bank loan or mortgage, so you need to be prepared and consider taking advice from a finance specialist.

Rest assured, we understand the time-sensitive nature of bridging loans and will always look to achieve the fastest possible turnaround.
