David qualified as a solicitor in 1990 and has many years experience dealing with family matters. He is an accredited specialist with Resolution, a qualified Family Mediator and an accomplished advocate.
David is an avid jazz fan and can often be found rummaging around music shops for some rare Blue Note platter or other. He enjoys playing cricket and indoor bowls and is a long-suffering supporter of Portsmouth FC.
Salv qualified in 2003. He is a specialist in commercial and residential property and looks after a number of investor and developer clients. Salv is an expert in a broad range of transactions including buying, selling, re-mortgaging and transfer of equity.
A half decent footballer in his youth, the closest father-of-three Salv gets to the action these days is the occasional 5-a-side. As you might guess, Salv is a fluent Italian speaker.
John is recognised for his problem-solving and client-focused approach to civil and commercial dispute resolution. His expertise encompasses contract disputes, negligence claims, debt recovery, boundary disputes and licensing applications. John is a loyal fan of Fulham FC and is our resident runner of marathons, helping raise money for great causes.
John was made a partner in the firm in July 2017.
Sarah is a Licensed Conveyancer with more than 20 years experience dealing with residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, plot sale, shared ownership and re-mortgage. Sarah joined KWW in 2013 and quickly earned a reputation as a highly professional operator. Sarah’s determined streak extends to her sporting pursuits of tennis and golf.
Anjum is Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. She joined Bosworths in 2008 then moved to a law firm in Kingston in 2014 for two years. We were delighted to welcome her back to the Bosworths family, now part of KWW of course. Anjum is fluent in Urdu and Punjabi and is passionate about Asian food and cooking.
Eve joined KWW in 2014 in a legal support role and is now a fully fledged solicitor and member of the conveyancing team. Eve studied Politics at university in Devon. When she wasn’t buried in her coursework, she learned to fly with the RAF. From Devon, Eve went to City University London where she passed the Common Professional Examination.
Alvin is a former partner with a Surrey law firm who joined us in July 2019. He acts for individuals and families, specialising in assisting elderly, vulnerable and disabled clients. He is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly, a national organisation dedicated to providing support to elderly clients. Alvin’s areas of expertise include probate, taxation issues concerning the administration of estates, wills, lasting powers of attorney, trusts, and elderly client related issues involving Court of Protection applications.
Karen qualified solicitor, almost seven years to the day after she knocked on our door for some work experience. Instantly, we could see big things ahead for Karen. She was offered the position of legal secretary and then trainee solicitor. Karen is now working in our Private Client Department, dealing with wills, probate and powers of attorney. Karen is a ‘football mum’ and has strong connections to Molesey Juniors FC.
Alex qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and has a broad range of experience dealing with commercial and residential property, with a specific expertise and interest in lease extensions and collective freehold purchases. Away from the office Alex enjoys long walks with the dog, running (with or without the dog), and winding down with a spot of cookery or playing the classical guitar.
Tony holds the Chartered Institute of Marketing’s Professional Diploma and is also a qualified senior journalist, so he knows a good story when he sees one. Tony has handled our marketing and communications since 2012 and has helped put KWW on the map through events, sponsorships, social media, branding initiatives and relationship-building exercises with clients and professional contacts.
