We offer a professional service delivered by highly trained lawyers and solicitors with real expertise.

Those professionals are supported by our loyal and hardworking secretaries and support staff, who have many years of law firm experience between them. We really do believe in ‘people power’ at KWW and we are pleased to present our team of specialists, who are at your disposal.

David Anstee

Head of Family and Matrimonial Law

David qualified as a solicitor in 1990 and has many years experience dealing with family matters. He is an accredited specialist with Resolution, a qualified Family Mediator and an accomplished advocate.

David is an avid jazz fan and can often be found rummaging around music shops for some rare Blue Note platter or other. He enjoys playing cricket and indoor bowls and is a long-suffering supporter of Portsmouth FC.

Salv Sole

Head of Property

Salv qualified in 2003. He is a specialist in commercial and residential property and looks after a number of investor and developer clients. Salv is an expert in a broad range of transactions including buying, selling, re-mortgaging and transfer of equity.

A half decent footballer in his youth, the closest father-of-three Salv gets to the action these days is the occasional 5-a-side. As you might guess, Salv is a fluent Italian speaker.

John Lennon

Dispute Resolution

John is recognised for his problem-solving and client-focused approach to civil and commercial dispute resolution. His expertise encompasses contract disputes, negligence claims, debt recovery, boundary disputes and licensing applications. John is a loyal fan of Fulham FC and is our resident runner of marathons, helping raise money for great causes.

John was made a partner in the firm in July 2017.

Belinda Packer

Wills, Probate & Powers of Attorney

Law is in the blood for Belinda, who joined us in early 2016. Belinda’s father Michael ran a legal practice in Woking for many years and she had no hesitation following in the family tradition, qualifying as a solicitor in 2009. Belinda says the key to her work is being able to relate to people when they can be at their lowest ebb and then helping them achieve their wishes efficiently and considerately. Belinda’s interests are reading, fitness and cookery.

Belinda was appointed KWW’s first female partner in July 2017.

Sarah Trickey

Alvin’s areas of expertise include probate, taxation issues concerning the administration of estates, wills, lasting powers of attorney, trusts, and elderly client related issues involving Court of Protection applications.

Karen Starkey

Karen qualified solicitor, almost seven years to the day after she knocked on our door for some work experience. Instantly, we could see big things ahead for Karen. She was offered the position of legal secretary and then trainee solicitor. Karen is now working in our Private Client Department, dealing with wills, probate and powers of attorney. Karen is a ‘football mum’ and has strong connections to Molesey Juniors FC.
