Covid and how we are operating

With the continued spread of Covid-19 we want to reassure you that we are taking sensible precautions to minimise the potential impact on our clients, colleagues and visitors.

While there will almost certainly be some disruption in the weeks ahead, we are committed to doing our utmost to maintain the full range of legal advice services we provide across our normal working hours, which are 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday.

We already operate an agile working policy which means our staff can work from home and can remotely access our systems within a secure IT environment. We are also able to redirect work phone lines to employee mobile phones, so they remain contactable.

Clients will be able to visit our offices only if they have an appointment.
If you think you need to come to the office, please speak to the person dealing with your matter to discuss whether this is absolutely necessary. It may well be we can deal with your enquiry remotely.

If you need to provide identification documents, please follow the Third Fort in-structions if these have been sent to you. If you need to bring ID to the office or deliver papers, please put them through the letterbox and follow up with a phone call. We will make sure the right person gets your documents.

Having booked your appointment, you should arrive five minutes ahead of time, and on entering our offices, you should sanitise your hands using our
dispenser.

Please wear a face covering on arrival and when leaving. During your meeting, it will be your choice as to whether or not you continue to wear your face covering.

If you are feeling unwell in advance of your meeting, please telephone rather than visit.
