Update on our Covid-19 (coronavirus) planning

With the continued spread of Covid-19 we felt it important to reassure you that we are taking sensible precautions to minimise the potential impact on our clients, colleagues and visitors.

While there will almost certainly be some disruption in the weeks and possibly months ahead, we are committed to doing our utmost to maintain the full range of legal advice services we provide across our normal working hours, which are 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday.

We already operate an agile working policy which means our staff can work from home and can remotely access our systems within a secure IT environment. We are also able to redirect work phone lines to employee mobile phones, so they remain contactable.

To ensure we are doing as much as we can to prevent the spread of infection and where possible we propose that:

  1. We use Skype and FaceTime to conduct meetings
  2. If you are feeling unwell in advance of a meeting and you simply need advice on an ongoing matter, please telephone the office rather than turn up in person
  3. If you are visiting the office, you will find hand sanitiser at our reception. Please do use it as, of course, we owe a duty of care to all our visitors
  4. We use email as our primary means of communication.

It appears the situation with regard to the virus is short-term but it is likely to get worse before it improves. There may come a time when it is sensible to limit the number of KWW staff in the office, and we would kindly ask for your patience if that situation arises.

If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to telephone us.

Yours sincerely

The Partners, KWW Solicitors
