How we are conducting business during lockdown

UPDATED January 6, 2021

During the third period of national lockdown announced on January 4, 2021, KWW Solicitors will continue to take instructions and represent our clients in a safe and Covid-secure way.

With this in mind, we have taken the difficult decision to restrict the number of visitors to our offices to protect our staff and our clients.

If you think you need to come to the office, please speak to the person dealing with your matter to discuss whether this is absolutely necessary. It may well be we can deal with your enquiry over the telephone or remotely.

If you need to provide identification documents, please follow the Third Fort instructions if these have been sent to you. If you need to bring ID documentation to the office or to deliver papers, please put them through the letterbox and follow up with a phone call. We will make sure the right person gets those documents.

If it is absolutely necessary to come to the office, please do so only having made an appointment. You should arrive five minutes before your appointment, and on coming into the building, you should sanitise your hands. Please wear a mask on arrival and throughout your visit.

If you are feeling unwell in advance of your meeting please telephone rather than visit.

We thank you for your understanding.

Keep safe.

The Partners, KWW Solicitors
